I stayed at the BWI Westin for work. The hotel was very convenient and the shuttle picked me up from the airport. Room was comfortable and the staff was pleasant. I ordered room service for breakfast from the door tag to be delivered and it did not show. That would be the only negative and it was likely an oversight. I would stay there again.

The hotel is nice and clean, the jacuzzi wasn’t in order. Front desk was very helpful. I think politics should not be at businesses so the staff who wore the I voted for trump badge annoyed me.

The property was great, staff was Amazing, my room was clean. Anything I needed I was able to get ASAP, the customer service was great. The gym is a great size with a lot of equipment, I did not use the pool, but it looked clean and was a decent size. I would definitely recommend.
