"I have really enjoyed this hotel in the past but maintenance is an issue. I was upgraded (Expedia Platinum member) but the last night I had no hot water at all. I took a cold shower. Even when the hot water worked the day before, it was unstable in terms of pressure and consistency. Unless they take care of obvious maintenance issues, I no longer recommend at this price point, unfortunately. "

"Property is still nice but a lot of things need to be renovated and modernized. Pretty disappointed with hotel itself. I noticed that the property wasn’t full booked but staff declined to provide an upgrade. Asked if I can get at least access to the lounge but turned down by management. They did say they do recognize my platinum status but didn’t bother to make me feel recognized. I will skip this property next time and will try other VIP property and hopefully feel valued. Housekeeping, Maintenance, front desk were all awesome and respectful. Management or supervisor seems to care less. "
