"We went there as a family and they were very accommodating, so friendly, each room has its own water heater which is a plus, once I got a hang on why my water heater kept clicking off (can happen to those water heaters) it was smooth sailing from there, nice reception, nice staff all around. "Stayed here for 3 nights in February. Fantastic hotel - punching way above its supposed 3 star rating - easily a 4 star and would give the service 5 stars. Never quite had a welcome like it - half a dozen members of staff all smiling and so welcoming to take our bags on arrival and escort us to our rooms, telling us about the hotel and its facilities on the way.
