"Our week long stay at the Otter Hotel was perfect! Very friendly and helpful staff. Using the hot pools and sauna while looking at the mountains was amazing. Two robes provided in room to wear to the hot pools was a very nice touch. Complimentary Roam bus passes provided. Free parking garage a definite plus. Ice machine also has a water spout for filling your bottles, this was a great bonus for my family of water drinkers! Highly recommend staying here. "

"It is not new, that was my first impression. But after staying for two nights, i think it was quite a decent stay. Beds were comfortable, staff were helpful. You can hear noise from the train midnight though. "
