"Incredibly convenient - choice of walking or airport shuttle from the Bangkok airport. Staff is clearly used to catering to travelers, check in/out is seamless, dining options are open early and late, and room service food is good. I stayed here both at the beginning and the end of a longer trip, and will stay here any time I have to travel through Bangkok airport in the future!!"

"We were extremely happy with our stay at the Siam Mandarina. We chose the suite with views which was very comfortable. The separate living area with its own TV made it easier if one wanted to go to sleep undisturbed. The 4.10 free shuttle was very quick and allowed us to check in for our early flight at 6.15 am . My only complaint was the time it took for the free shuttle to leave the airport for the hotel. Their representative was wearing what we would call a teal blue jacket not the lime green described in their email but maybe the colour doesn’t have a Thai equivalent! "

"Great property close to MBK shopping mall and there is 6-8 floors of shopping right underneath the hotel. Great food and clean rooms and friendly staff. Only negative thing is the place is starting to show it age but very nice still"

"We’ve been to Bangkok’s Shangrila on many occasions. We keep returning because this beautiful property is located on the river and it’s such a great escape from Bangkok’s busyness. And going into town is so easy because the sky train station Saphan Taksin is next door. Spa is amazing! Food is amazing! And somehow their staff is even more amazing than before. They’re just so helpful with whatever you may need. This trip we did a private long tail boat tour on the Chaopraya River and they coordinated it all and had the boat pick us up at Shangrila’s pier. We also needed help with finding our 2 year old a babysitter. We informed them in advance they provided a fabulous nanny. Such a great experience per usual!!!"
