"Single night stay in November on a Sunday night. Definitely not a busy evening - could only check in till 1800 but made welcome on arrival. Room was immaculate, very comfortable and quiet despite being at the front of the property. Bizarrely no chef the following morning so given a breakfast voucher for cafe down the road which was fine. "They've done a good job at freshening up and trying to modernise a dated motel. I stayed 2 separate nights in one week with different rooms. The 1st (upstairs) seemed fresher, while the one downstairs had signs of wear in the bathroom (white sprayed tiles starting to peel). Otherwise, fine for the price. I'd stay again."
