Very nice looking hotel with a wonderful, friendly, and helpful staff. Excellent breakfast and a hot tub to boot! The area is not walkable, so you’ll need a car or taxi/lyft/uber to get places, but that’s the only drawback. They also have an airport shuttle available, which made our lives much easier.

Restaurant staff not having a good day. Never offered a second cup of coffee. Waited 20 minutes for our bill. Told a staff member there was a coffee spill on the floor - it was still there when we left - too interested in folding napkins to fix a tripping hazard.

I called before booking a reservation and asked if they had a shuttle service to the airport and was told yes. When I checked in last evening, I tried to arrange a shuttle to take me to the airport the following morning at 4:45am and was told the shuttle didn’t run until 7:30. I could have booked a hotel that actually had a shuttle if they would have told me that upfront. It ended up costing me an additional $25 plus tip which I feel was ridiculous since it should have been included in the price of the room. I did my due diligence and still didn’t get what was advertised. Won’t be staying here again.
