"The staff was great! The amenities were great! I own a maintenance company so it is an area they need to take a look at. Our Spa tub filled VERY slowly and drained even slower. The skylight about the toilet leaked during the rain in room 26. None of these issues would prevent me from going again and I would have stayed longer if I could. However, I have bad pollen allergies and something was bothering me since it is 300 years old and has no A/C I had to leave. LOVED our Stay!"

"Convenient location and friendly, accommodating staff. Somewhat dated but very clean. Hot water was plentiful. Chilly climate but plenty of blankets were provided. Breakfast was hot and delicious and filling. There was a tank of drinking water in the lobby. Free use of bath towels to visit the hot springs!"

She made great suggestions on local good and activities. The spa is lovely, Turkish baths, cold plunge, hot tub, several therapeutic massage options. Just a great stay in Baños at Isla with Susanna.
