"This was a highly functional suite with 2 TV’s, European refrigerator, dishwasher, pots, dishes, cooktop, etc. the grocery store is<2 blocks away. Front desk is not staffed 7x24, but they ordered us a cab for non-staffed hours, and it arrived right on time. Very neat and clean. Trendy contemporary decor. We would go there again. There is dining nearby, but it is better about a 10 minute walk to the old city"

"For anybody thinking that this will be a 'charming' rustic experience - please reconsider! We were unable to stay here - the place was musty and dark with poor cooking facilities and a layout that didnt work for us - the terrace was unusable due to mosquitoes and we couldnt open windows to air it out for same reason. We are used to camping and would prefer a tent to this accommodation. At 200 Euros a night it is hardly BUDGET - and fell well below our expectations. We didnt even last 15 minutes...

"Great apartments with the basics you need to prepare meals, dishwasher and washing machine. Extra towels, hygiene and cleaning products was provided. Only thing that was an issue was quality and range of wifi network. Was only available close to entrance. But other than that . Amazing Service provided before our late arrival. Great standard of the apparment and accessories that was provided. Walking distance beautiful Old town of Bilbao, Museums, restaurants etc."

"Rober and his wife are very kind and supportive and gave us a lot of hints for locations to visit. The perfectly clean house provides everything we needed during 9 days for a comfortable stay, especially as we prepared our own meals. We enjoyed to drink a fresh lemon from the garden and sit in front of the house, looking at the splendid mountain panorama in front of us. "Property is facing the river and the promenade, which is a nice aspect of the city. The hotel is across the water from the Guggenheim in Bilbao, and the stunning Zubizari bridge is directly outside the hotel. The rooms could be a bit better maintained as noticeable damage to the walls (scuff marks that need painting over) and the wood paneling (suitcases clearly knicked the wood paneling in my room), and the toilet paper holders are installed at 8 degree angle for some reason. "The hotel and my room was spotless, so clean. 5 minute walk from Estacon Intermodal de Bilbao, which is the main bus station, where you can catch busses to the airport and other cities / towns in Spain. (I went on a wonderful day trip to San Sebastian from there). The real stars of the hotel are Javier and Xavier, who work at the reception. They are such kind people, who went out of their way to help me on a regular basis with tips and ideas about what and where to explore, and each night they were keen to hear if I've enjoyed my day. I was so impressed with them. "
