"Spacious, modern two level apartment, walkable to city centre. Very well-equipped but some surprising omissions: hangers and surfaces to set things on in the bedroom; corkscrew, scissors, microwave instructions, recycling advice in the kitchen. I would have liked to have been able to contact someone to say that two wall sockets weren't working. Otherwise, comfortable, convenient, warm and handy to have washing machine. "

"My wife and I had a very pleasant stay in Magdeburg. The Hammer's were very friendly and provided us with many suggestions for our trips, - mainly on our bicycles. We did not have to use our car the four days we were there. Our accomodation was an extra house with all the necessary utensils, and then there was the pool which we were free to use. All in all. We can only recommend the place."

"The place was very clean and had plenty of room for my family of 7. The owner was not there but the mother lives down on the bottom floor. She met us and explained everything, mostly in German. Although we speak very little German, we could understand most of the things she was saying and pointing to. I particularly liked the storage closet/room they had right outside the door. "Durch die Beschreibung hat man geglaubt in einem der angebotenen Bungalows zu wohnen, mit 2 Doppelzimmer, einer gemeinsam nutzbaren Küche und einer Terrasse.. Nichts davon war der Fall. Neben den angegebenen Bungalows befand sich ein sogenannter Partytreff, in diesem Feste gefeiert werden können. Hinter dieser Räumlichkeit, als mit im Gebäude, befand sich unser Doppelzimmer Dieses erreichten wir nachdem wir durch ein großes Metalltor über den nicht anschaulichen Hinterhof und durch mehrere Flure...

"Schöne Wohnung mit Balkon zum Hinterhof. Die Wohnung befindet sich im 5. Stock. Als Gast hat mich das nicht weiter gestört. Die Lage ist sehr gut. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind zahlreich vorhanden genau wie Restaurants. Mit der Straßenbahn kommt man leicht ins Zentrum."

"Alles war super. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber, mit allem ausgestattet, was die Gäste brauchen. Sogar viel mehr, wie Seife, Duschschaum, Kaffee,Tee, Getränke, Milch, Zucker...etc. Wahnsinn! Eigener Parkplatz, ruhige Lage. Die Vermieterin sehr nett und freundlich. Die S-Bahn,Radweg,Park in der Nähe. Von uns gibt es eine uneingeschränkte Weiterempfehlung für diese Wohnung. Vielen Dank!!!"

First is that housekeeping should NOT be trying to get in my room at 8am, that’s way too early considering that checkout is at 12 noon. Second is that there’s nobody at the reception desk until 1pm, I wanted to ask about staying another night but nobody was there. Overall, it was a really nice place in a great location. "
