It was my 6th or 7th stay at the property and as is usual the staff were professional, friendly and helpful. My only disappointment was that on my last stay I had an issue with the air conditioning and despite asking for management to respond they never did and didn’t address my negative review that I previously posted. For a hotel to stand out a reputation can be improved by solving issues. However it’s a lovely hotel with beautiful rooms and a special mention to Victor in the bar/ restaurant who is a such a gentleman. The restaurant is worth a try as the food is very good quality.

Location, location
We arrived early from a 12 day cruise. The reception agent even commented on how tired we looked. We still had to wait for 2 hours for our room to be ready. The room was nice and the location of the hotel is excellent. We had breakfast one morning, not bad. We did have an excellent dinner our last night. Compliments to chef!!
