This property should not be advertised as hotel! It is better to sleep on train station floor than stay at this hotel. On top of everything very rude and impolite staff, not willing to help. Expedia helped me to change hotel next day.

Did not have a good experience with staff. I only stayed here because it was close to the airport and I just needed one night before I flew out the next day. Staff offered no early check-in despite the room being ready and had us just sit in the lobby lobby that is in an entirely different building than the one in our room was in. Check-in took an absurd amount of time for no reason. Not friendly staff

The property doesn’t have any reception or staff, that is managed by hotel 153 which is a 2 min walk along the same road. You can use all the usual facilities at 153. It’s very near the beach, and bus stops for travelling

Very small room in basic (but cheap)hotel. Had to check in at sister hotel 3 blocks away and wheel our cases up road late at night as no reception at this hotel. Wallpaper peeling in room.

I am very disappointed in this hotel and Expedia for false advertising This is not a hotel people it is a hostel! I finally arrived after 7 hours or travelling and had to walk 2 blocks there and back with my luggage up and down stairs to check in as it’s in a different location than the actual hotel! That was not advertised and for hotel prices it was loud my AC didn’t work my TV didn’t work it was basically a dorm with separate bedrooms I was woken up at 1:30 by people arriving the location is very nice but I wouldn’t recommend this hotel

Especially didn’t like that this hotel didn’t understand that a mistake had been made in the booking and REFUSED to refund monies to an elderly lady on a fixed income….charged her $506 for 1 nights stay in a tiny, but very clean room
