Amazing stay at Hotel Carla. It's impressive how they really take care of you. The staff is super gentle and friendly, keen to help if needed. The hotel is located in a very convenient area, close to the transports, but also to the main attractions, so if you feel like it, you can easily walk around. There are plenty of restaurants around to choose from. The room was really clean, and the daily service was great. Honestly, such a great hotel!

The staff were very friendly. they checked up on us multiple times to make sure we were meeting expectations of their hotel and also of Barcelona. The breakfast buffet was really good. Had terrible experience, especially the customer service at the hotel. We booked the free cancelable room with terrace. However, we had an emergency before we flew and had to travel to Barcelona one day later. The hotel refused to refund us one night even though it was before the free cancellation date. We ended up paying for the extra night we didn't stay. We also messaged the hotel multiple times on Expedia platform and no one responded. Horrific customer service. The customer service doesn't exist in this hotel.
