"We are familiar with river rentals, its not the ritz. The property provided everything they promised, the room was clean, and had all the basic essentials. The actual location on the map was not the same but it still met the beach front description. If you are a first time renter on the river, you should lower your expectations, if its clean, the AC works and, description is 75% correct, your in good shape. If i had a complaint it would be that it was vary hot out and the AC is a small wall unit...

"Communication with Courtney, the property manager, was fine until our arrival. We arrived around 4pm and the door code did not work. I called 4 times, and texted many times with ZERO response. We have a friend who knows Courtney’s husband and he gave us a different code. That didn’t work either. Finally Courtney’s husband came down to the unit and got my husband in. At this time I was at Rio Loco, my husband came to get me and by the time we made it back to the unit (30 min or so) THE UNIT WOULD...
