"we reserved a 2 bed room, when we arrived we were given a one bed and told there are no others available. No extra pillows or blankets were provided for the sofa. Breakfast fast served until 9, but in reality they stop at 8:15ish. "

"Great location. Easy parking and easy to walk. Outdoor hot tub was fantastic with beautiful views. (Pool also available). Rooms facing pool are much brighter and some have been renovated so suggest paying for upgraded room. Room originally received was not satisfactory (uncomfortable bed, dark room facing parkade, and farther away from hotel amenities). Paid for upgrade on site and was much more satisfied with the renovated room overlooking pool that was bright and beds were very comfortable. ...
