When we arrived and saw the room, we wanted to change to a king room. We said we would switch sometime during the 3 night stay if possibl. Person left message for manager but they never got back to us. Breakfast had no fruit. We were told fruit comes Monday. There was one orange on Saturday which I had but nothing else. No yogurt on Monday either. Asked for our room to be cleaned during our stay and was told it was a Wyndham policy they don’t clean rooms unless you have been there 3 days. We asked several times and got several different answers. I’m quite sure Wyndham would want you to cater to your guests wishes. The staff here is fine. All very courteous and friendly. We stayed and additional 2 nights in Bardstown but at another hotel.
