"Very convenient as there were free shuttle buses from the ferry pier and quite frequent as well. We managed to check in 2hrs before check-in time and had an extra hour late check out too. You can also use their pool facilities after checking out also. Their rooms were spacious, however our exhaust fan in the bathroom didn't seem to work and also the shower drainage was a bit slow so felt we were in a swamp when showering. Customer service was top notch in all areas of the hotel."

"The room is impressively stylish in design and spacious overlooking the Eiffel Tower and Cotai. Staff are all very friendly from bell boy, to those giving directions, to receptionist. The suite’s living room, walk in closet and bedroom all have big splendid window view. We enjoyed the amenities in the bathtub and shower are excellent comfy and good quality. "The hotel was quite busy and only allowed us to check in at 3 pm, even though we arrived an hour early. The double bed was very small (similar to the bed sizes in Japan), but fortunately, it was fine for us as we are of smaller stature. The breakfast options were limited, and overall, the cost of accommodation in Macau is quite high. I’ve heard from Hong Kong residents that they prefer staying in Zhuhai, as it is more economical compared to Macau."

"I spent a lot of time walking around and exploring, so it was nice having a clean and comfortable room to rest in. The pool and workout room were both good. The staff were very friendly and professional. The surrounding areas were okay, it’s on the older side of town. But this hotel is situated in the middle of Cotai strip and Macau so you can get to both areas quickly via bus or taxi."
