"We arrived late at night. Room service was very fast and delicious. We had to be at the airport early in the morning so we did not get to enjoy the hotel like we would have wanted too. "

"Overall very good. Challenging to find your room at first :-) You will walk a lot on the property and climb stairs often. Unless you like to wait for the elevators. Food is traditional - no chicken nuggets, no cheese-only pizza, seafood is represented mostly by ceviche, kids may stay hungry for a couple days :-) Beach access is superb. Staff is very friendly. "
