"We were given a first floor room and guests were in the lobby until 2:30 am. Talking and carrying on so loudly- worst night sleep ever. The accommodations were fine but you think the desk would've done something about the noise. The guests carrying on in the lobby acted as if they were the only ones there"

"Bart was amazing, helped us feel very safe and at home and gave great insights around the area that were very helpful! He made breakfast burritos for all of the guests each morning which was so thoughtful and tasted amazing. Easy check in and check out process. "Cabin was exactly as advertised, Actually the pics don't even do it justice, I was impressed of how beautiful it was inside and out. Staff was very easy to contact and very pleasant to work with. We had a great weekend and will definitely be back!"

"Quaint, quiet, comfortable apartment about 25 mins from State College. Easy drive to and from. Town is a bit sleepy, but easy drive to Altoona for restaurants and shopping. Good communication by Harry and Lisa. "

"We stayed last weekend for the Penn State game. It was the perfect location and price. It was about 20 minutes to the town. Any closer to the college and the rates doubled. The cabin was perfect size for our family of 4 and little chihuahua. We would stay here again. "

"Stayed for a football weekend there was 4 adults. Bedrooms and bathroom were clean . You are in the basement of someone’s house you can hear them at time talking but we had our own private entrance actually never saw the owners . Pictures are as shown no large fridge only a dorm size fridge made it tough to prepare for tailgating foods . We only used the place as somewhere to sleep. Owner was very quick with a response. "This place was wonderful and exactly as pictured online. The house was beautiful and spotless!! The snacks and bottle of champagne were a lovely surprise. We enjoyed walking in the back and hanging out by the stream. Communication with the owner was easy and they respond quickly. We loved our weekend stay!"

"I recently stayed in this cottage for a winter getaway. It was just as described and perfectly appointed! Guy and Jane met me shortly after arriving and told me a little about the history. They were easy to reach during my stay and very friendly. Overall the cottage is cozy and I was relaxed and comfortable during my stay. The Little Juniata is a short walk and the scenery is beautiful. I look forward to staying again!"
