"The room was large and the washroom was modern and very clean. The fridge was dirty and the shelves inside were broken. The blinds were broken so we couldn’t darken the room for sleeping. There was no way to contact the front desk, nor the manager by phone in the room- nor was the phone number on the website correct so you physically had to go to the front desk. There were new staff members on the front desk every day- we only saw one person more than once (we stayed 4 nights). There were no...

"Overall pretty good. Excellent service from staff. If I had to be picky the appliances could use some upgrade or renewals -- I needed to clean the backside of hair dryer before I used it. And you can probably find stains on every clean towel which is a bit gross."

"I was a little disappointed on the website. It showed a pool a workout center and all kinds of artwork. All of this is being renovated so none of that existed. It was too cold to swim anyway so it worked out, but it would’ve been nice to know"

"The only problem we had was with the manager from the restaurant. He was very rude and very unprofessional as a manager. We came there to celebrate my wife’s birthday and we sat at the bar even though we didn’t drink. It was in the evening about 8:00 . We had ordered our appetizers eating that while we waited for our dinner and the basketball game was on as we were watching the game. The manager turned the tv off. So I advised him that we was watching that game as he said to me . He didn’t want any more customers to come in as I looked at my wife and suggested that we leave because we were customers sitting there waiting for our meal. I tried to reach corporate about this situation and to know avail. Called numerous times and no response. Terrible customer service "

Great stay and location

"We very much enjoyed our week long stay here. Staff was super nice, rooms were tidy and quiet. Easy walk to downtown or the art museums. Nice variety of shops. Very close to our favorite gluten free bakery! Will be back!"
