Good value for the price - staff are very friendly and helpful. Although the breakfast area didn't open until 7:00 a.m., coffee, tea and hot water were available 24/7. I will definitely stay there again next time I travel to Barrie.

Property is EXTREMELY OLD. Smells musty. Big dogs i saw 3 during my stay. Thank goodness the windows in the room open so i was able to let fresh air in. Not worth $300+ per night. At best this property shouldn't be more that $100 a night. I could hear the guest next door snoring all night. I would not stay here again.
