Handsome furnishings,linen,& building.
Breakfast has moved to the basement instead of lovely dining room,so I did not eat,no room service even for coffee & pastries.
Attic room with small window,good view of Grey Street. Shower over bath is awkward for elders.
Poor wi fi,a nuisance.
Took 3 requests to get my room heated.
Very peaceful in the attic!

Great apartment in great house. Everything was comfortable and clean. It had a little kitchenette which we didn't use but it would have been useful for a longer stay.
I have marked you down 1 star on Communications as I could find the information regarding check out time on the last day and it was hard to find it online, it said 11am in one place and 12 noon another. I had to go to the Holiday Inn checkout next door and ask them in person.
