Blue game house
This house has a nice size kitchen / living room, we plays tons on games at the kitchen table as well as the living room and game shed ( cool added bonus ). The bedrooms upstairs were roomy and very comfortable with a shared deck between the rooms upstairs. The bedroom off the kitchen is cozy. Bedrooms in basement had a bunk and a good sized bed and a half bathroom with small living space. Hot tub on the main floor deck was a huge hit ! Even in the 5° weather ! The host Jess responded immediately via Vrbo app and text message. Cute fire pit out back as well !

Gamers Dream in Bartlett!
This house is amazing - from the heated gaming shed, to the hot tub on the deck, and the super comfortable sleep number king beds upstairs, all 9 of us adults and teenagers were able to spread out. My teenagers were able to hang out in the living room late night, and we were able to close the door at the bottom of the stairs, and not hear them while we tried to sleep. We brought our 2 dogs - puppy and a 1 year old, and they had a blast playing in the back yard and exploring out back. The house was about 25 minutes to bretton woods, and 10 minutes at most to Cranmore, with easy access to the shops in North Conway. I'd love to return in the warmer months so we can explore all the trails and fun things to do. The owners were very responsive to all my questions, like how to turn on all the flood lights (there are plenty of them!).

Family Christmas Vacation
Jess is one amazing host thats for sure. She went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect for our stay even when things thought to be impossible, she made it happen. Bless her always! Her communication was top notch. The house is cozy and comfortable it was just perfect for me and my family. Perfect location, great vibes. We saw a moose in the back yard it was amazing we also cut our first tree up there. It was a Charlie Brown tree but if you ever seen Charlie Browns Christmas the tree meant the most to us. If ever in North Conway we will be staying at Jess's place again no question asked. Thank you again Jess for making our stay even more special😊

Great house and great location!
Great house. Lovely kitchen and common area and nice hot tub for star gazing. The arcade is cool and kept the kids occupied when they got bored of the great outdoors that the adults love. Note that one sleeping area is above the arcade which is in a separate building with no bathroom.

This house was fantastic! We had 13 family members ranging from 75-6 years old come up for the weekend and the house had everything. Plenty of space, things to do and it felt like you were home. Would highly recommend for a large family or friend vacation. Hope to stay again in the future.

Home away from home
We enjoyed our stay at this property so much. There was 15 of us and we fit perfectly. The kids had so much fun hiking the trails and tubbing the river. We also enjoy an evening at Diana's Bath. Spent time at Echo Lake and drove up Cathedral Ledge. The owner was available when needed and answerd all our questions right away. We loved the playhouse and enjoyed playing the old school games. Whenever there was an adult missing we knew where the were. We would definitely stay here again.

Convenient location for easy access to North Conway, Saco River, Echo Lake, Diana's Bath. Great starting point for bike rides out to the Kanc. Interesting hiking trails and rock exploring right out the backdoor. All ages ranging from 7 to 80's enjoyed. Host Jessica was very prompt in answering all queries.

Convenient and spacious stay!
We had a wonderful stay at this house which accommodated several large families. The house is fully stocked including kitchen, bathrooms, linens, towels. Plenty of beds. Additional game tiny home was awesome for the kids and one of our teenagers actually slept out there one night comfortably! The air conditioning was fantastic and the house was very clean upon our arrival. Only downside is for a house that accommodates so many people for sleeping the living space is kind of tight. The living room and kitchen are a bit small. The deck is great and guests enjoyed the hot tub but the best part about this place is the location. 2 minutes from the Saco, from echo lake, and 5 minutes from downtown can't beat the location!

Memorial Day getaway
The property was great - the location was so convenient, close to Storyland, North Conway and scenic/hiking locations like Diana's Baths! The house was clean, with a well equipped kitchen and a perfect layout for multiple families with young children, as each had their own space. Everyone enjoyed the arcade and being pet friendly was an added bonus. Jessica was an outstanding, accommodating host, answering our questions before and during our trip extremely quickly. We'd definitely go back and highly recommend this property!

Kids really enjoyed the game room and the jacuzzi. The place was clean, communication with host is excellent. Location is great. Only downside was having to take out our own trash to the transfer station which was open at noon. We had to leave the house by 10/11? But that was on our rental agreement so we know what to expect. Overall experience is excellent!
