The linen as well as blanket was very dirty, the faucet on the sink was broken, the tub was filling with water as I showered because the thing that controlled the shower wouldn't stay in place so I could shower

it okay.i was just there for one night.the purpose of stayinthere was i was in the town of Bastrop LA.TO PAY MY RESPECTS TO MY MOM'S, MY GRANDMOTHER, AND MY GRANDFATHER'S GRAVE SITE AND VISIT WITH MY COUSINS WHOM I HAVENT SEEN IN8 YEARS.I ONLY STAYED THERE BECAUSE I COULDNT FIND ANOTHER HOTE/ MOTEL THERE IN THAT TOWN THAT ACCEOTED PETS.I WILL BE GOING BACK TO BADTROP ON FEBUARY 10TH BECAUSE THAT WAS MY MOMS BIRTHDAY AND I WANT TO SEE MY COUSINS AGAIN BUT THIS TIM, ILL PROBABLY STAY IN A CITY CALLED RAYVILLE .ITS STILL VERY CLOSE TO MY MOMS CEMENTARY AND MY COUSINS TOO

property and the room were in very poor condition, mold, cracked shower, cigarette burn in bedspread, not enough hot water to fill the jacuzzi tub that was missing some of the controls, shabby and gross, had I not been prepaid I would have went elsewhere for the stay

You get what you pay for. If you expect a $50/night room you will be “satisfied”. If you expect $150 while paying $50 you will be extremely dissatisfied.

Showed up and they were under renovation and our construction workers didn't want to stay there. The front desk apologized for all the mess and said they'd happily refund the room. I asked Hotels.com for a refund and now they are denying the refund. Would not recommend.

During my stay, it was evident that what is labeled as “renovations” on-site is in reality a collection of hastily assembled and poorly executed construction efforts. Loose boards, exposed screws, and unfinished areas created an atmosphere that not only felt uninviting but also posed safety risks. These issues left me concerned not just for my comfort, but also for the well-being of other guests who may unknowingly encounter these hazards. The condition of the property significantly affected my stay, and I found it disheartening that such basic safety and quality standards were overlooked. Given the current state of the premises, I am unsure if Budget Inn is committed to providing an experience that aligns with even minimal expectations for guest satisfaction.

Unbelievable

Not so good... The first room was given. The toilet didn’t flush & a/c knobs didn't work....I immediately went to the office to request another room.....The second room did have face towels, they only had 2 big drying towels in the room. There were spirder webbs in the corners of the bathroom. I saw a roach underneath the sink area. The curtains didn’t close properly, the tile on some parts of the floor had air bubbles, the furniture that the tv sat on was had gap when the draws was closed. The bed sheet had cigarette burns on them. When I paid for a non smoking room......

Eww! Avoid like the plague

Cigarette butt on the dresser, someone elses hair on the bed. Broken soap pieces and toilet paper all over the bathroom floor. Honestly looked like the toilet had overflowed and let dri rather than mopped up. Curtain held up with a zip tie. And must be a popular place for drug traffic, strangers kept knocking on my door as late as 2- 3am and stayed talking loudly outside my room when i refused to open the door. Gross and did not feel safe

Disgusting dirty nasty hotel

The check in clerk didnt speak english didnt know what she was doing. Then the bedspread was stained and the stain went all the way thru to the sheets did not sleep in that bed. There was a large crack under the door so cold air blew in all night. We didnt want to walk on the floors without shoes lots of dirt crumbs and sticky in some spots. Did not use shower at all it was simply disgusting. Never ever go back never ever suggest anyone even think about staying there!

Photos on website are not accurate at all. When we arrived there were multiple people loitering outside. I was given a key that had 214 written on it but our room number was 113. When I asked desk clerk about it she said well it’s to 113. The room had flies in it. Tile grout was black from dirt, bedstead had stain and a cigarette burn on it when we were supposedly in a non smoking room. Then my dog found a chicken bone in the floor. Needless to say, we left and did not spend the night there. Extremely disappointed in this hotel and Expedia.
