It is always amazing staying at artotel. There is once the room i book has faulty air conditioning. It was hot and stuffy. Fortunately the staff manage to get another room for us. Their hospitality and services is undoubtful

Did not had the breakfast for two nights stay to experience other food around. Plenty of choices from inexpensive “coffeeshop” fares to simple restaurant and cafe types. The air conditioning wasn’t cool enough for one of the rooms, the traffic noise in the evening from the road facing GBM was quite bad. Overall, location with such prices is ideal. Basic lodging needs are provided well and plenty of Convienence stores and malls, food nearby.

This was my 2nd time staying at Artotel & the experience was wholistically pleasant; right from entering the hotel entrance being greeted with a friendly welcome & leaving the as we checked out. Location was accessible to Grand Batam Mall which made it more convenient.
