"The front desk people are always nice at check-in. I usually have to leave a hotel before breakfast starts. Most hotels are okay with going in and getting something that is either cold, like fruit, muffins etc, or will let you get something hot if it's ready. This Holiday Inn Express puts ropes around the serving area and will not let you in before the 6:30 opening. That takes away from this place being inviting. The room was nice and clean. "The house was just as advertised. The over the top part was the little touches like plenty of towels for the pool, sunscreen, snacks, waters, etc. just super thought out and thoughtful.
