"By booking through Expedia, we are almost always assured a ADA room or a room that isn't a popular room. This was a "Jr Suite" upgrade. It was weirdly decorated, lighting that wasn't very functional. Light switches that did nothing. No wall decorations. "Had an issue with noise from the air con in my room. A member of the facilities team had a look, decided it couldn't be fixed, so I was given an upgraded room which was a very nice touch.
