"A great experience staying in a castle. Loved getting a tour of the main floor from Keegan. Would have loved seeing more of the castle. Our room location was right off the elevator but, our family we traveled with was a very far walk from elevator and hard to find."

"Great location walking distance from the HbF (main train station). My hotel room #310 was comfortable and clean and nicely decorated. It also had a refrigerator, water cooker, and a coffee pot (that I could not get to function). I also could not find the light switch for the desk lamp and the ceiling light - I tried all light switches, and they did not turn on.
