"The room is only cleaned every two days, we only received one bath towel and one hand towel and that's even though we were 2 guests in the room and we had to go to reception and get another set, as soon as they came in to clean the room they didn't change towels but took the dirty ones and hung them up as if they were new Apart from that, the room is very spacious, excellent location, very varied breakfast, courteous service at the reception, overall very good hotel. Highly recommended "

"These apartment hotels are ideal for a family. The staff is very friendly, and the places are sparkling clean with some appliances for preparing a simple dish. We had an ocean view room which was beautiful. The location is very close to Batumi Mall. The only downside was that, even though the place was designed for four people, we had to request an extra rolling bed because the sofa bed was too small for two adults. "Overall it was a good stay, we enjoyed Batumi. The property is right on the beach, a lot of shops and activities around. We had some difficulty to find the place. The area is very crowded, there are 4 blocks under the same address. The office located in the block A, suite 603. After finding the office everything was easy.
