Fantastic little base for beaches and exploring the region
All as described, small cottage but with everything you need for a lovely stay in Santa Maria navarrese. Best suited as a base for beach and day trips! We'd hapilly come back!

Wir waren vier Frauen verschiedener Generationen und 2 Wochen dort. Ein wenig fehlte ein Aufenthaltsraum, um abends (ohne Mücken) zusammen zu sitzen. Ein Handtuchwechsel nach 1 Woche wäre notwendig gewesen.

Sehr gut ausgestattetes Ferienhaus mit Föhn, Toaster, Bügeleisen, Mikrowelle, Wasserkocher, Waschmaschine…. und eigenem Gärtchen. Achtung: Die Anzeige umfasst zwei verschiedene Unterkünfte: Das Steinhaus und eine Ferienwohnung, die in einem Komplex aus mehreren Wohnungen nebenan ist. Möglicherweise muss man bei der Buchung angeben, was man buchen möchte.

Ein schönes Apartment mit herrlichem Garten, ruhig gelegen und trotzdem zentral. In 5 Minuten ist man am herrlichen Strand, einige sehr gute Restaurants sind in der Nähe. Die Betreuung durch Mario ist sehr gut.

Rispetto alla descrizione la casa è molto piccola,ci si muove uno alla volta, senza un divano, se vuoi vedere la tv su una sedia di paglia da cucina, non c è la cassaforte come da descrizione, una tv piccolissima... Gli spazi esterni non sono usufruibili, la pavimentazione piena di massi e un muro davanti agli occhi, il terrazzino privato vista mare è raggiungibile arrampicandosi su una roccia. Tante promesse non assolutamente vere.

Sehr kleine, aber für 2 Personen ausreichend große Finca in absolut ruhiger Lage. Zum Strand ca. 5 Minuten, in den Ort zu Geschäften und Restaurants ca. 10-12 Minuten. Objekt wie beschrieben, Kommunikation mit Gastgeber ohne jegliche Probleme, war immer ansprechbar und mit Hinweisen zur Umgebung und Infrastruktur hilfreich. Jederzeit wieder.

sehr zuvorkommend
wir (2 Erwachsene 2 Jugendliche) haben eine sehr angenehme Zeit verbracht; der Vermieter war sehr zuvorkommend und flexibel. Da unsere Söhne sehr gross sind het er kurzerhand den Schreiner kommen lassen und die Betten verändert. am ersten Abend hat er für uns im Restaurant reserviert. Wirklich super nett

Mitten in der Natur!
Ein einfach aber liebevoll eingerichtetes Häuslein mitten im Weinberg. Man kann da einfach sein, den Blick in die Weite schweifen lassen und die Düfte der Natur sind wunderbar. Der Strand ist in paar Autominuten erreichbar, ebenso Bosa. Die beste Pizzeria empfehlen die Gastgeber gerne und auf Anfrage bekommt man von ihnen auch selbstgekelterten Wein und Olivenöl. Ein wunderbarer Ort! Wir kommen wieder!

Ein sehr gemütliches Ferienobjekt, klein aber völlig ausreichend. Am Morgen ein kurzer Spaziergang zum Meer( etwa 6-7 Min), nach dem Bad ein Cappuccino im Strandcafe, auf dem Rückweg Einkauf im Supermarkt! Sehr hübscher Ort und so freundliche Annamaria! Danke!

Très bien situé mais à restructurer
Petite maison très bien située à l’entrée du village de Tancau dans une rue à l’écart et sans aucun bruit (notamment de voiture), on peut tout faire à pied (courses, plages, centre du village et ses glaciers délicieux – dont le Maesto à ne pas manquer derrière l’ancienne église). Mario est un hôte charmant, très réactif et attentionné, accueillant et prêt à résoudre toute question et à prodiguer plein de conseils sur cette région magnifique. Cependant il faut dire que la maison n’est pas très adaptée à la chaleur car le soleil qui peut être parfois très fort en été frappe les murs de la maison toute la journée sans que celle-ci n’ait de protection (comme une petite corniche sous le toit qui avec son ombre empêcherait les rayons du soleil de frapper en continu les murs). Si bien qu’on est obligés de mettre la climatisation en permanence, ce qui n’est pas agréable. De plus le « jardin » n’en n’est pas vraiment un, c’est plutôt une arrière cour pas entretenue (la « pergola » tombe en ruine) et tout l’équipement de jardin devrait être remplacé d’urgence car il est cassé et plus du tout opérationnel, ce qui empêche de profiter de cet espace. Moyennant une restructuration sérieuse ce pourrait être un endroit vraiment charmant et agréable, mais à mon avis, c’est trop à l’abandon (comme par exemple les poubelles communes sans couvercles en plein soleil…) et du coup trop cher pour les prestations offertes.
