"We were a large family group renting the property for a week for a reunion. Beautiful, high-design property - tip top shape. Everyone enjoyed the pool, sauna and playground. Adults stayed in the main house and teenagers/young adults in the pool house. Lots of different spaces to gather and also escape for some quiet time. Some wonderful restaurants nearby."

There are some good changes since the last time I was here, I can recommend Sejours & Affaires and will definitely stay here again. "

"Pros: Good location with free parking. Check in was quick. Its a coworking space with a gaming room. My kids absolute loved it. Huge common area you can chill out and grab a drink. Room was big enough for 3 persons. Cons: rooms allocated on the ground floor just right next to a bar table. People were drinking outside my room till 11:30. Difficult for me to get a sleep. Toilet was small and shabby. No air conditioning but it should be normal in France. It was abit hot if you sleep on the sofa...

"One of the best placed we have ever stayed. Beautifully decorated, with interesting historical relics and the spa tub was magical. Everything is brilliant, we recommend it very highly! "

"This is a beautiful accommodation in a beautiful setting. The description is correct in noting the "eye for detail": the interior decor is stunning. The loft / open concept was ideal for my husband, son and I and the location allowed for daytrips to Bruges, Ghent as well as some cycling along the canal (although the bicycles are in need of some maintenance)."

"The nicest thing about the accommodation was that it was very close to the main train station in Lille. No air conditioning. Window had no screen, we needed to open window for air and that let the mosquitos in. Bathroom was tiny. No TV. WiFi very spotty. And the key situation was ridiculous. No drop box. They wanted you to go to some office to pick up the keys. My train was leaving at 6:15am next day. Was charge €20 ($26 give/take) to have keys picked up. Lot of back and forth with the concierge...

"This was an ideal location for our exploration of this corner of Belgium and also NE France. We were delighted with the house and the facilities provided and could not have asked for more. Welcomed by Marc, the host who showed us around and had some lovely suggestions of places to visit and eat, we then spent our week criss-crossing the region and enjoying everyday. So much to see and do - we didn't manage it all but that just gives us the opportunity to go back again."

"The hotel was ‘quirky’ - lots of ephemera around - pictures, ornaments etc. But that is why we chose it.The staff were excellent, very friendly and helpful.The lift was from an another era, but in a good way. The breakfast was ok. It was situated within walking distance of the main tourist destinations."

"We have just stayed here, first weekend in November. It is a very modern and clean hotel, with very helpful, efficient and friendly staff. Our room was well sound-proofed, had separate toilet and bathroom with shower cubicle and a bath, comfortable beds, tea/coffee making facilities, fridge and a microwave. We also had the breakfast which is €18.50 per adult, kids eat free. This made it a very affordable price for a family. They were also very happy to provide our daughter with some gluten free bread which we were so grateful for as we found it difficult to find gluten free places in Lille. Amazing place and wouldn't hesitate to return!"

"Great location for the Eurostar and centre of town a short walk away. The room was ideal with a very comfortable bed and ensuite bathroom. Breakfast room on 1st floor had a wide selection of quality cereals, fruit, bread,croissants and some hot food selections. I would wholeheartedly recommend this hotel and will definitely come back."
