Hôtels.com = n'importe quoi !!!
Le séjour n'a pas eu lieu. Je ne note pas mal le lieu mais le site qui se permet de doubler les établissements. Nous y retournerons mais sans l'intermédiaire d'hôtels.com cela évitera les malentendus ! Surtout nous débiter avant de vérifier une disponibilité !!

Je suis très déçu. Le matin de mon séjour, la propriétaire de l'hôtel, m'a appelé pour me prévenir que l'hôtel était complet et que je devais chercher autre chose. J'espère être remboursé de la totalité de ma réservation.
