"We found the property clean but lacking, certainly not "Superb". The decor was sparse e.g. bare light bulbs. Negatives Bathroom: no mirror, no towel rails, only one hand towel in the property for three. Kitchen: Two sets of knives & forks for three, no large glasses or wine glasses, no fire blanket/extinguisher, no downstairs smoke alarm I could spot. "The house is clean in the main areas that you need i.e. clean sheets and towels. However, it needs a good deep clean between the gaps of the couch, 'stuff' under the foot stool when moved, mold near the hand basin, bubbling above shower, dishes/cutlery needing a good wash. A fan in summer would have been helpful and had to chase the host for check-in details. Photos are better than what is actually is and could do with some maintenance and tlc."

"Water was leaking in two of the three rooms from the ceiling onto the beds and along the walls of the rooms. We were able to use only one of the three rooms. Our host informed us of the problem per e-mail at about 7PM but we were unaware of that message as we were driving. Upon late arrival at about 11:00PM we were informed of a leak in one of the rooms but soon discovered that water was dripping onto the bed in the second bedroom. "Perfect location, easy check in and parking straight outside! Everything you need, spacious and comfy. Holiday Inn next door where you check in we’re so helpful and friendly- could not fault! Only criticism was furniture/carpets were quite stained but for what we paid it was amazing value for money Would definitely book again "

"This place is even more beautiful and unique than the pictures! We had an incredible stay here and really loved the location, wildlife and surroundings. Very clean and well kept, tastefully decorated and made for an unforgettable visit. Would love to come back one day!"

Great hotel but staff not so good

"Great hotel have stayed many times before. Food was great but person taking order did not listen and ended up with two dinners when there were three of us . There was no excuse for this so ended up waiting for another dinner to be cooked so we were not able to sit and enjoy together. Ruined the day after a long day traveling. So disappointed."

"Nice stay. Several of our party (3rooms) were not able to check in at 3 and waited until after 4 for room allocation. This did not help with the children as they wanted to use the pool and had no room number or anywhere to change. Luckily they all used our room not that convenient though."
