While the property was under construction, they were upfront about that and we knew what to expect. Our first room smelled like cigarette smoke so the manager moved us to an upgraded room and even got us a snack at the restaurant for the inconvenience. The waitress was super friendly as well. You can tell they care about their customers. Thanks for a great stay!

I could deal with the noise. I expect that with renovations going on. Breakfast was good. What I did NOT expect was for the water to be turned off without any warning at 1000 in the morning. Glad I was not in the shower. I told them at the desk when we checked out about the water and they said "we know". I didn't make a stink about it, we just went on our way. I think a voucher for a free night would have been a nice gesture.

I dont know but this place was different, it is behind another hotel all the way in the back, guy at the front desk was friendly and there was no wait time, fast but the rooms looked old and dated, felt like staying in a haunted mansion.
