"This is a wonderful property in a countryside setting with an equally nice restaurant. I had enjoyable stays there before. However, service and reception quality seem to have deteriorated over the years. On our last stay, we were not even able to use the room we had booked: The reception was closed when we arrived within the stated opening hours, I could find no keys, and no phone number could be reached. Aggressive behavior around my later request for a refund. So I will not be back."
