"Booked 1 night for a business stop over in the area . Parking is charged by an app and was £15 for 24 hours. The check in was seamless and very efficient .I was given my key to the Goodwood suite . There was a lounge kitchen diner . The kitchen had all the amenities you would need a hob a dual power microwave a fridge and dishwasher. The bedroom also had a TV . "Whilst we only stayed one night after a family event in Chester the beds were confortable and we could see the possibilities of the venue as an excellent place for parties or events. Shame we didn't have more time to use the facilities such as the hot tub and dinning room table"

"Very clean and well supplied kitchen and well presented rooms. Comfy bed but very lumpy pillows. The ensuite vent banged quite loudly throughout the night in the wind causing a disturbed sleep. It would be good if the apps on the tv worked so that guests could log into their own subscription tv. Generally, excellent value for money."

"The decor of the whole hotel was very good. We stayed in a racing themed room & the colour scheme and detailing was excellent. The public areas were comfortable and felt welcoming and cosy. The property was clean and the staff were very friendly and informative. The only downside was that there was no parking either on site or close by. However, the hotel was well positioned for access to the city centre and all of its features and attractions and the entrance to Grosvenor park & river were a hundred feet away at the bottom of the street. The breakfast was good with a decent selection of options. The hotel was quiet despite its city centre location & the bed was very comfortable and the room was spacious and had all necessary facilities."

"Very helpful and cheerful staff. Room was comfy and clean. Breakfast was great. Only downside was the lack of parking and the car park is very tight. We used the public car park across the road at £8 for 24 hours so no big drama."
