Extremely helpful staff

When I arrived the front desk staff, particularly Frank was excellent at helping me with an issue I was having. He went out of his way to help me, even calling a few people on my behalf. The hotel location was very convenient, easy walking to two subways and multiple bus lines.

We arrived around midnight and the elevators were turned off, we had to go up by stairs they helped us with some luggage, but the staff were so kind and helpful with a good English at least that is so important here.

I liked that most staff were helpful and spoke some English. I didn’t like the location as the immediate area around it was kind of deserted., you had to walk 10-15 min to closest metro or mall.

Nous avons eu une chambre très spacieuse, on aurait dit un petit appartement. C'était très confortable, propre et silencieux. L'hôtel est bien placé, entre deux stations de métro, avec les sites principaux et la gare de Beijing South proches.
