SandyPort Beach Resort was the perfect escape for our young family with toddlers! From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. Ms. Pam at the front desk was an absolute angel—though our requested lower-level lagoon view room wasn’t available at check-in, she made sure we got it the very next day. Her kindness and professionalism truly set the tone for our stay. Basco at the Conch Shack was another standout—his drinks were always on point, and the food, especially the conch salad, was outstanding. I hated that we didn’t get to say goodbye to him, as he was off on our last day. The resort itself was ideal for families. The pool and slides were a hit with our kids, and the private beach—just a five-minute walk away—was never crowded. We always found beach chairs and umbrellas with no hassle. If you can, definitely book a lower-level lagoon suite; being able to step right onto the sand from our sliding door was a game-changer! Ignore the negative reviews—this place is great. Yes, it could use some updating, but that didn’t affect our experience at all. Plus, there are plenty of fantastic restaurants within walking distance. We had an amazing time and will absolutely be returning next year. Huge thanks to Pam and Basco for making our stay so special!

This is a beautiful property. Lots to do and the staff is so welcoming and attentive. Never disappointed at The Atlantis!

The quality of construction and some maintenance was not good . Bath drains didn’t drain properly glass door on Toilet did not close and overlapped the opening The shower was not caulked or sealed properly in the vertical corner water can get behind the tile and rot the wall Water park rocked to many fees are charged plus the VAT tax

Beautiful but it is starting show its age. The food options are limited without way advanced reservations. Stay away during spring break they host a high school graduation celebration and it is total chaos.

Beautiful property ..check in was great . Biggest complaint is the butler service. They dont delieve on anything other than somethimg routine that you could easily do yourself. Probably better off booking through amex and get their amenities guatenteed instead of a suite with butler service.
