"The value for money is incredible. The service was consistently great and the staff were really proud of the great service they offered. Plenty of choice at mealtimes and the hotel just seemed to have thought of everything- kids eating area, handy waters for by the pool, lifeguards were excellent, food service was smooth. Really impressed and would recommend to anyone looking for sun, good quality service, comfy room and a clean hotel. "

"Facilities in the hotel are very good. The room we stayed in was spacious. We had a family room. The bathroom was a bit worn but it’s fine. House keeping turns up every day but quality of clean varies depends on the cleaner. We didn’t go out of the resort but we saw lots of shops on route that are selling pool things like floats, buckets and spade and probably suncream. "

"Initially, we were directed to a room in the basement, at our request, we were moved to a room on the ground floor, but this hotel room was in a deplorable state, the balcony door was damaged, the toilet flush did not work or the entrance door to the room did not close properly, nothing in relation to the cleanliness of this room. "The property is a really nice all-inclusive resort. Great property, very green, well maintained. It is excellent for travelers with pets as it is pet-friendly. They provide a pet hotel option if you want to leave your pet there - very nice facility. Or if you want your pet to stay with you - make sure you check on the types of the rooms that allow pets in (like Cedar house) as it is not evident from Expedia information. They have pet beach which is great so you can bring your dog/pet with you....
