Horrible experience :-(

Our flight was cancelled and we had to travel to Belem with a complicated itinerary, arriving the day after our booked stay. We sent a message to the hotel about our late arrival, we tried calling the hotel, but unfortunately no one answered the phone and later we found out that the staff only spoke Portuguese. After our arrival, staff refused to accommodate us even though they had rooms available, they were unfriendly and unpleasant. Never again.

Atendimento de péssima qualidade

Triste ter que falar mal do atendimento das recepcionistas de um hotel (dos dias 12, 14 e 16/01, pois como trabalham em sistema de turnos, faço questão de citar para que saibam quem são), afinal nunca havia ouvido de uma atendente de hotel que dois travesseiros a mais seriam EXTRAS, que eu como hóspedes teria que DESCER PARA BUSCAR, e pasmem, que ela iria verificar, mas não naquele momento de minha ligação do quarto para a recepção, pois ela alegou ESTAR OCUPADA e que não podia confirmar se teria ou não disponibilidade do tal item, e que eu se quisesse, voltasse a ligar em 10 minutos para saber ELA IRIA OU NÃO ME ATENDER COM OS ITENS SOLICITADOS, que por sinal, os disponibilizados nos quartos são de PÉSSIMA QUALIDADE, portanto, sugiro a todos que se quiserem mesmo se hospedar neste local, levem seus travesseiros. Isto sem falar no horrível sistema de tv do quarto, que sequer tem os canais abertos disponíveis, que já são tão poucos, sim, pouquíssimos canais disponíveis e funcionando precariamente. Coisas tão simples e bobas de se resolver, mas falta BOA VONTADE, CORDIALIDADE E EMPATIA aos clientes/hóspedes que são nada mais do que os responsáveis por fazer um estabelecimento funcionar, sobreviver e gerar empregos. Hospedagem razoável

O quarto era espaçoso e tinha uma boa vista. As instalações eram boas, melhores do que outros Rede Andrade que já fiquei pelo Brasil. Porém, havia alguns insetos no quarto (mini baratas) que deve ser por causa dos móveis. O problema não era limpeza, pois estava impecavelmente limpo, o problema é de dedetização mesmo. O atendimento na recepção é razoável. Café da manhã bem simples, mas suficiente. Apenas a aveia que estava com gosto de muito velha, como se estivesse no pote há anos. A localização é ok. Razoável, por poucas noites dá para ficar sim.

Na verdade gostaria que o quarto fosse mais confortável, a cama de casal eram duas camas de solteiros juntas, minha coluna tá dolorida. O banheiro não possui ducha higiênica, espelho sujo, porta suja, eu tive que limpar o espelho e a porta. Fiquei 10 dias hospedada. Peguei uma coceira terrível com o lençol que fui usar para me cobrir. Tive que tomar vários antialérgicos. Eu adoro assistir filmes e séries, mas a tv só tinha canal aberto, e era mini. Já fiquei outras vezes hospedada na rede Andrade, em Florianópolis, e era impecável. Mas de Belém , precisa melhorar
