"This property is in a great location. The property itself is old but tidy and the stairs to the loft are difficult to navigate (the roof in the loft is low too, lucky I was short). The sheets were worn, the bed cover had stains and the entry to the property is not well looked after The toilet overflowed one morning and was fixed later that day. "

"We had a great week at this place. The property offered the right space for our family of 5, had all the utilities we needed and was very clean. The location is very good for exploring Manhattan, with Central Park just a short walk away. The only slight downsides are that the building is old therefore the structure is a bit rundown. Also there is no central heating in the apartment which can be rather cold. It wasn’t a big problem for us as we had some great weather that week, but if going in...

"We were in town for a work event so it was close to everything we needed. The beds were super comfortable (this is huge 😂). You do hear people in the hallway and street noise so if that may bother you - bring ear plugs and eye covers. Was super helpful for us. The restaurants nearby were so great. We enjoyed our stay and glad we found this apt. "

"We enjoyed our stay at this VRBO. It was spacious, clean and well appointed. We came to NY for the US Open. While the home met the needs of our group, it was not as easy to get to the tennis center as we had hoped. That being said, it was a nice place."
