"The apartment looked exactly like it did online & was very clean. Ryan had towels, kitchen equipment & extras like detergent, coffee, powdered creamer, sugar & spices. The parking pass was fantastic to have, especially since the last night we were there it snowed pretty hard. The location was great for our needs. The king size bed was very comfortable & we got a great night’s sleep. Thank you for hosting!"

"Our stay in this tastefully remodeled one-of-a-kind studio apartment for 3 nights was a very positive experience. The property is in the Neighborhood of the Arts and it is within easy walking distance of an assortment of performing arts venues, several museums, fine and modest restaurants and bars. Our primary destination on this visit to Rochester was to attend a performance at the West Herr Auditorium Theatre which was just a few blocks from the apartment.
