Location is on the cusp of a not so safe neighborhood. 15 min walk to very good restaurants and then a further 15 min walk to the MAG (memorial art museum). Safety is less an issue if you have a car. "

The bed was comfortable and we had great communication with the owner. Conveniently located in Victor, which worked well for us in town for a Victor/Mendon wedding."

"The loft Apartment is very comfortable. Bed and pillows were comfortable and we felt very much at home there. Easy access in and out of the parking garage and very close to the highway. Centrally located in the city equidistant to our relatives who we were visiting. Beautiful view of the city and the lights from the window. We go to Rochester to visit our grandkids a couple times a year and we hope to stay here again!"

"This is our 2nd stay at the property and we enjoyed our time. So much so we're hoping to book it again very soon. It was easy to stay in contact with the owner, there were plenty of kitchen supplies, the temperature of the property was comfortable. Only suggestions I might add is a small curtain on the upstairs door, a can opener and that's really it that I can think of now. Again this was our 2nd stay and it will not be our last. p"

"This is the most communicative host ever and in a very good way. We appreciate the special touches like water in the fridge and some snacks. Great internet and extra blankets. As others have said there is no closet or washer as suggested by the listing. However there is an awesome video game machine with 10 different games. "Needed a place to stay when I was in Rochester for a wedding. This apartment was less than 10 minutes from our venue and could accommodate our group of 4 with two very comfortable bedrooms. Each room had its own A/C unit, which was perfect for the heat wave we had over that weekend. We also loved the full kitchen and open living/dining room space.
