Location is on the cusp of a not so safe neighborhood. 15 min walk to very good restaurants and then a further 15 min walk to the MAG (memorial art museum). Safety is less an issue if you have a car. "

"Needed a place to stay when I was in Rochester for a wedding. This apartment was less than 10 minutes from our venue and could accommodate our group of 4 with two very comfortable bedrooms. Each room had its own A/C unit, which was perfect for the heat wave we had over that weekend. We also loved the full kitchen and open living/dining room space. "We were in Rochester for three nights and opted for this apartment for its central location and historic neighborhood. So glad that we did. The apartment was perfect in every way. Tastefully decorated, comfortable furniture, very comfortable bed, and absolutely everything one might need in a kitchen. There were little touches that made us feel welcome, such a cozy bathrobes and fresh flowers. Communications with the owner was easy. I highly recommend this apartment!"

"Great location! Only problem to report is the stairs to get to the apartment. They have been noted but I want to add they are narrow and steep. There is no gate, door nor barrier so it is easy to fall down the stairs. They are located where you have to walk by them to get from the living area to the bedrooms and bathroom. "We booked the Vrbo to visit family in the Scottsville area. The Vrbo property was exactly as described. It was well stocked and easily can cook if needed. We were so glad it had a washer and dryer.
