"All I can say it was EXCELLENT from hotel, staff, location. The entire hotel is stunning and super clean including the rooms. In rooms they have all accomodations that you can ask for , including a good coffee (from Nespresso) Rooftop is great especially after a long day from shopping. Hotel has amazing staff which is a super plus So happy to have choose this hotel for our first time in Portugal"

"We recently celebrated a friend's birthday with a group of five ladies in Portugal, and we had an absolutely amazing time. Where do I even start when it comes to our stay at Hotel Mundial? From the moment we stepped into the reception until the day we checked out, the staff we interacted with were exceptional. The location of the hotel was fantastic. It was close to all the best restaurants, shops, and activities, making it the perfect spot to explore the city. Our room was spotless, and we were welcomed with a drink and a special pastry. For my friend’s birthday, the hotel went above and beyond. They left champagne, wine, and snacks in the room, which was such a thoughtful gesture. Though the hotel's beautiful rooftop restaurant was fully booked, we mentioned our disappointment to Anna, the guest relations manager. Somehow, she worked her magic and secured a table for us. We ended up having a phenomenal dinner with stunning views and first-class service. My friend, who is usually tough to impress, was beyond happy and couldn't stop raving about it. Anna, Iryna, and Rubin were incredible throughout our stay, as were William at the restaurant and the bartender (whose name I can’t remember, unfortunately). Their hospitality made our experience unforgettable. I highly recommend Hotel Mundial and will definitely return on my next trip to Portugal!"
