Staffs are very friendly and helpful. Room and facilities are very good, especially the compliments they provided. I really recommend this hotel for everyone who visiting Belfast.

Fantastic hotel with ice cold staff. This hotel offers automated services so you don’t have to deal with people. So when we went to the front desk a few times, the staff seems a little annoyed that we were even speaking with them. It just made me feel unwelcome. Hotel is great, front desk staff were the worst of our trip.

Hotel is nice. Centrally located so everywhere in the city centre is within walking distance . The rooms were clean but the bathrooms needed a bit of attention. Overall we were really satisfied with the hotel. Bar drinks were very expensive

Property is centrally located, and the bar is nice. But the room was actually unacceptable. Every time you flushed the toilet it literally made a sound like someone was vacuuming for several MINUTES, not seconds. Made sleeping through the night impossible. Sink was clogged, and ended up using a hoodie as a pillow the pillows were so bad. Good location, but there are much better stays in the same neighborhood for cheaper cost. Staff was friendly on the upside

This hotel is dated and desperately in need of an upgrade. For example, there were no USB cord slots in the room, and there were very few and poorly placed outlets. When I stayed here before, I thought that the room had a small refrigerator, but we had no refrigerator in our room or ice machine accessible. The room was adequate but not worth the price.

Honesty, there is a big difference between the photos and how I found the room. My initial room had the toilet broke and took me a little to convince the stuff to give me another room. The second one also had some issues. My overall experience with the aspect of the room vs advertisement vs price was not a good one. Maybe I was not lucky.

We had a nice stay. However, we stayed 2 nights and no housekeeping was done. . We put our towels in the bathtub, not changed. We flagged it, the receptionist said it would be sorted but it wasn't when we came back at night. Tlots of items missing at breakfats.
