Living Room

The apartment has an open plan living room and juliet balcony with stunning view overlooking the piazza at St Anne's Square. Although the property is in the middle of Cathedral Quarter and convenient to the bars and restaurants in this trendy area, the piazza and apartment itself is very quiet at night ensuring you will get a good night's sleep.

The living room is equipped with a 3 seater sofa and two comfortable chairs. For your entertainment there is a 55" 4k Smart TV with Netflix subscription and complimentary high speed WiFi. To enjoy meals in the apartment in comfort there is also a bar table with 4 chairs.

Kitchen

There is a full kitchen with conventional oven, hob, microwave oven, fridge freezer, toaster, kettle, dishwasher, washer dryer, iron and ironing board. Tea and coffee are included with Nespresso coffee making facilities. Breakfast items and complimentary snacks are provided to extend a warm welcome.

Bedroom 1 with Ensuite

The main bedroom has a premium king size bed, double wardrobe, console table and full length mirror. It also has a mains - USB charging point, hairdryer and access to WiFi. The en-suite is fully tiled and includes a luxury shower and toilet. The window in the main bedroom overlooks the piazza beneath St Anne's Square.

The main bathroom is fully tiled and has a large luxurious shower and toilet, and is provided with shaver socket and USB charging point, and complimentary toiletries.

The apartment is kept cosy with Gas central heating that also provides instant hot water. Your safety is protected throughout with integrated smoke and carbon monoxide detectors.

This is Ruth's second apartment, she started renting her first apartment in Belfast Cathedral Quarter in 2017 and has had a fantastic experience. She has a passion for Belfast and really enjoys meeting people from all over the world and welcoming them to her home city.

We refurbished our first apartment as a luxury base to stay in Belfast Cathedral Quarter. The feedback from guests has been great and it has been very enjoyable so we decided to do it again. This new apartment has a little more space and we have also done all the little things that we have learned from the first one.

The Cathedral Quarter is a very special part of Belfast. It has a rich history, and has recently developed into the prime area in Belfast for restaurants, lively bars and local culture. It is conveniently located beside the City centre shopping district and within easy reach of Titanic Quarter and many other tourist attractions.
