"We stayed at the Grand and the facilities were so clean! You never saw room service trays or random drink cups sitting around. Staff were all beyond friendly and accommodating. Property is very big so they have golf cart service to give rides to wherever you want to go, and we never waited more than a few minutes, if that! Restaurants were easy to get into and make reservations, buffett was also good! Only negative to the trip was the salespeople trying to book you into the vacation club. ...

"Out of all resorts I have visited in the Cancun area this one takes the highest rating of all. I am telling you , service is immaculate from the second you arrive and until the last second you leave. Highly recommended "

"Quiet, great beach area and super clear water if you walk down the beach a minute or two. Restaurant staff was great, rooms are way better than a hotel setup… great for families not wanting a party scene. My only complaint would be the lack of fresh juice- no fresh squeezed orange or pineapple juice… was disappointed about that but otherwise love this property and will be back! 💛"

"The property is advertised as adults only. While this may be true as far as the turquoise building, it is not anywhere near adults only in any other areas of the complex. It is an attempt to market the property to those who do not want to be around kids. The hotel building does not qualify the property to list as adults only. its misleading on purpose. "

"Its a very private, self contained resort. The property is beautiful and very well maintained, the amenities including the gym, spa and all the restaurants are top notch. whether you're in the main building or not, its easy to get around , either walking or there are always golf carts to whisk you to your next destination. the adult beach and pool is terrific for relaxing, and you'll always find a great place to lounge. "

Sandos Cancún All Inclusive - Adults Only

"My boyfriend and I had a wonderful time at Sandos. The staff and service was amazing, and they tend to any needs. This is a smaller resort, but the different restaurant options were all great. Reservations are limited, but the as long as you book them in advance when you get there, there will be availability. There was a bit of a sewage smell in the bathroom, but nothing to ruin our trip. It can be difficult to secure a spot at the pool but that is to be expected at a smaller resort. Breakfast at St. Trop was awesome every morning and we looked forward to it. While there was some fun and entertaining pool parties and a couple of events at night, I would recommend this resort to those looking for a quieter, relaxing vacation, less partying. Would definitely come back! "

"I stayed at this property in early March and I’ve been to others in Cancun and so far this one has the best food. They do have a buffet open for breakfast , lunch , and dinner that does not require reservations but the food was exceptional and it did not disappoint for any time of the day. I really didn’t mind the other restaurants needing reservations since the staff is able to help you reserve for a couple days straight , I will say get there to the reservation table exactly at 10am so you don’t have to wait in long lines to reserve. The beach was super clean. The only downside was that my room seemed to be very old although the pictures on booking looked like they were remodeled. I did read that they have only certain rooms that are remodeled which does suck. Overall the room was clean but didn’t meet my expectations compared to what the resort looks like I was expecting a nice room. "
