"The absolute best thing about this property is the staff. They are fabulous - beautifully trained, thoughtful, kind, engaging, helpful and charming. No matter which department, they cannot do enough for the guests. The property itself is a little dated and a little noisy but after one has been there for about two hours, one no longer notices.
