We’ve been to this property a couple times and this time was very disappointing. They were building a new hotel next to it so the building was so tall it blocked all the sun in the pool. Pool heater wasn’t working so water was freezing. We were never told how to make reservations at the other restaurants. The cafe buffet was ok food but last year was way better. they didn’t have two beds for us, even though that’s what we requested a year in advance. So my son and I had to sleep in same bed. just overall disappointed in this property and won’t be back.

Only one Buffett for breakfast and lunch and many times had to wait. Property next to GR is being redone and is under major construction. Nail spa left something to be desired. Water was cold at spa in showers and would not warm up. My massage therapist was very nice though.

Staff and location were wonderful as always. Two things that could have made the stay better would be if the hotel invested in heating at least the main pool. We barely went in because it was frigid. Also, I love the entertainment team. They always work so hard to make sure everyone feels comfortable, included and entertained. My only complaint is when they kept adding political views to the nightly shows. Regardless of how each person feels, we are on vacation to get away and to relax, not to be reminded of conflicting political issues. Felt like food at the buffet, despite the daily themes, were very repetitive. Needs more options.

Only if the hotel was not noisy due to renovation (or maybe other reasons) I would rate it 5star, everything was great just the noise of hammering, cutting, drilling was really annoying, first we thought it comes from neighbor construction activity but later we noticed there are some construction activity inside the hotel.

Hello, 1. They should have the activities time and location displayed in the tv, like I only did yoga because I asked the entertainment team, when and where was it, I asked the concierge that directed me to the towel guy, I asked the receptionist and nothing. 2. The music should be louder: in the pool area maybe adding speakers to the other side would be helpful- it is not covering the noose of the construction on the side at all 3. THERE ARE NO MIMOSAS for non-premier members!! I got an all inclusive package and saw people in the buffer with mimosas but it is for premier members only! Alcohol is from 11am-11:50pm, but even if you are in the buffet at 11am they won’t serve mimosas to you. 4. Breakfast was good, lunch wasn’t good, no good options or variety, and dinner was ok - in the buffet area. Marco polo restaurant must be reserved 1 or 2 days in advance, I read that in the reviews and tried communicating with the hotel before arriving but no answer by email, or WhatsApp that they provided. I tried to attend the rodizio that happens on Wednesdays only and no luck! I arrived by the hotel and reservations were already closed. We attended marco polo 2 days later and it was good. But I missed the rodizio that I really wanted to attend because it was my bday. 5. It is only pepsi - for some people doesn’t really matter but when you try drinks like cuba libre it doesn't match very well. The liquor in general wasn’t great. 6. The staff were amazing, 5 for them!

We liked the resort, small size compared to what we have been before. Food was ok. We had to download an app to reserve the restaurants. After downloading the app, we couldn’t reserve for 3 nights. After checking with staff, they helped us by reserving what ever available at their end. I find downloading an app for restaurants not best practice. Staff was great, always smiling and happy to help.

The staff was excellent! All super friendly. They sell it to you on Expedia as all inclusive. It is not all inclusive unless you are a member. You are not able to even pay for upgraded dinner menus. It was only partially inclusive. We had to eat from different menus and was not able to upgrade.

Construction surrounding the hotel with drilling noise until 2am. Limited selection of food for breakfast, linch and dinner. Not sure if it was because off season. Other concerns were the staff nit treating us cordially. Club membership offered to us which turned into a nightmare as they annoyed us for almost 3.5 hours and did not fulfill there promise in regards to gifts. Manager later dis not communicate with us via email.
