"If you have children I suggest coming here. If you want a true adult-only go elsewhere. The resort is otherwise very nice. The food and bar services were outstanding as were the staff we encountered. Our room was kept up and the Amber area butlers were able to handle everything without complaint : kudos for Rafael Jaio and Cristian. The restaurant servers were excellent. My wife and I were not impressed by the food at the Mexican or French restaurants; but that is only due to our personal taste...

There is a great grocery across the street so we bought sandwich fixings, water, snacks, etc. Beds are very firm, but that was ok with us. "This was Not a 5 star property. Our butler service was practically non existent. The Private pool was so disgusting we never went in. The main pool was so freezing you could not stand to get in. The beach was the most filthy beach I have ever seen. This was the worst vacation ever! I have nothing good to say. I hated my time here and wish we never went. Don’t go here. "
